- • As a Client Manager at TrueML, Inc., you will serve as the strategic bridge between TrueAccord and its most valued enterprise partners, taking full ownership of a portfolio of 5–10 mid-to-large accounts to drive performance and deepen relationships.
- • Day to day, you will act as a data-literate relationship builder, moving beyond traditional support to become a vital business partner by driving digital-first collection strategies, navigating complex operational hurdles, and ensuring clients view TrueAccord as a key driver of their success.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at TrueML, Inc. focused on transforming debt recovery through empathy, technology, and data, working remotely across the USA with a culture that values innovation, accountability, and client impact.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in enterprise account management, data-informed decision-making, and strategic consulting, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who directly influences client outcomes and company growth.
