  • • The Client Onboarding and Support Associate at Qodeworld serves as the critical first point of contact for live clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, proactive support, and long-term relationship management. This role is essential to delivering exceptional client experiences, minimizing friction during product and service setup, and maintaining trust through responsive, knowledgeable engagement—directly impacting client retention and satisfaction in a competitive financial technology landscape.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary liaison for live client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally; managing end-to-end onboarding requests and system setups for new clients, including documentation validation and coordination with internal teams; ensuring operational readiness by coordinating product and service configurations so clients are "test ready" for integration; providing warranty support post-implementation by troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with engineering and support teams; maintaining consistent, proactive communication with clients to anticipate needs and exceed expectations; and building trusted advisor relationships through empathy, clarity, and follow-through.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in financial services onboarding workflows, gain hands-on experience with enterprise-grade tools like ServiceNow, Postman, Splunk, and Apigee, and strengthen your technical fluency in MTLS/TLS certificate management—skills highly valued in fintech, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure domains. You’ll also refine your stakeholder management, problem-solving, and process optimization abilities, positioning yourself for advancement into senior client success, technical account management, or operations leadership roles within Qodeworld or the broader financial technology sector.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
  • • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client onboarding, customer support, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
  • • Must have knowledge of MTLS and TLS certificates
  • • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Postman, Splunk, and Apigee is preferred
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with both clients and internal teams
  • • Understanding of banking products, services, and operational processes related to client onboarding and support
  • • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a strong attention to detail
  • • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
