• • The Client Operations Specialist provides administrative and operational support to client service teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of client projects and deliverables, playing a critical role in maintaining firm quality and compliance standards while enhancing the client experience.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing, processing, formatting, proofreading, and finalizing client deliverables such as tax filings, financial documents, reports, and presentations; tracking due dates and project status; maintaining organized electronic files; coordinating production and distribution of deliverables; and providing responsive administrative support to client service teams.
