• • The Client Partner at ITD drives long-term value and growth across strategic enterprise accounts by managing client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, and identifying expansion opportunities.
• • Day to day, the Client Partner serves as the primary relationship lead for assigned enterprise clients, builds trusted relationships with business and technology leaders, identifies and develops expansion opportunities, partners with delivery leadership to ensure successful execution of engagements, maintains visibility into account performance, and collaborates cross-functionally with Practice Leaders, Global Account Directors, Delivery teams, Talent Acquisition, and Strategic Partnerships.
