  • • As a Client Partner at Stitch Consulting Services Inc., you will be instrumental in expanding our footprint within our valued existing client base. You will be entrusted with a dedicated Book of Business (BoB) comprising growth-oriented accounts. These are established Stitch clients who have demonstrated clear potential for expansion, possess active strategic roadmaps, and are committed to an ongoing partnership with us. Your primary focus on a daily basis will be to identify and proactively pursue new avenues for strategic growth within these accounts. This growth can manifest across various critical areas, including campaign operations, data and analytics initiatives, the development and enhancement of loyalty programs, the integration of advanced AI tools, and the execution of innovative creative services.
  • • You will serve as the primary representative and ambassador for Stitch, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in marketing technology and best-practice processes. Your expertise will be particularly crucial in leveraging our deep-seated partnership with Braze, as well as other leading-edge martech solutions. Your capacity to keenly understand the evolving needs of your clients, anticipate potential challenges before they arise, and propose inventive, tailored solutions will be paramount in empowering your clients to fully realize the potential of their marketing endeavors and achieve their business objectives.
  • • This role demands a unique combination of a results-driven, sales-oriented mindset coupled with a profound understanding of marketing technology landscapes and operational efficiencies. You will assume complete ownership of your client relationships from inception to ongoing management, driving significant revenue growth and cultivating robust, multi-faceted connections across various client teams and stakeholders. Your ability to identify nascent opportunities and collaborate seamlessly with our Delivery team will ensure that all aspects of client engagements operate with exceptional efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass acting as a trusted advisor by providing strategic insights and well-articulated, prescriptive recommendations concerning marketing strategies, marketing technology stacks, and marketing operational processes. You will be expected to develop a strong, informed point of view and translate these insights into actionable, well-defined plans.
  • • You will take full accountability for managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities within your assigned book of business. This involves developing and executing strategic growth plans each quarter, specifically designed to uncover new revenue streams and capitalize on untapped potential within your client accounts.
  • • A key function will be to translate complex client business objectives into comprehensive, integrated roadmaps. These roadmaps will strategically align data, creative, strategic planning, and technology components to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions.
  • • You will lead the entire process of pricing, scoping, and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs). This will be done in close collaboration with our Delivery team to ensure that client requirements are accurately met by Stitch’s service offerings and capabilities.
  • • You will be the central point of contact and the go-to trusted advisor for client stakeholders at all organizational levels. This requires building deep, multi-threaded relationships across your clients' marketing, product, data, and technology departments.
  • • You will be responsible for orchestrating and leading regular client engagements. These will include strategic meetings, in-depth quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and potentially onsite sessions. Each engagement must be approached with a clear agenda, well-defined desired outcomes, and concrete, actionable follow-up steps.
  • • Proactively monitor client environments to detect early indicators of shifting needs, potential risks, or significant strategic changes. You must be prepared to act swiftly and decisively to address any identified issues.
  • • Collaborate closely with Delivery Directors and other internal stakeholders to maintain a unified understanding of project health, resource allocation, profit margins, and financial forecasts.
  • • Ensure that Delivery team members are consistently and fully informed and aligned with client strategies and project statuses, thereby guaranteeing that clients experience a cohesive and seamless partnership with Stitch.
  • • Cultivate deep expertise in Braze and its associated technology partners. This knowledge will enable you to anticipate client needs and address potential questions proactively and effectively.
  • • You will have the opportunity to mentor Associate Client Partners, sharing best practices in commercial engagement strategies, effective pipeline management, and sophisticated stakeholder communication techniques.
  • • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Client Partner organization by actively participating in the development of best-practice playbooks, refined sales frameworks, and optimized sales motions.
  • • Share valuable insights, successful engagement patterns, and lessons learned across the broader team, under the guidance of Executive Client Partners, to collectively elevate team performance and overall impact.
  • • Success in this role means confidently leading client interactions, setting agendas, engaging the right stakeholders, and driving discussions towards clear next steps. Clients will perceive you as their indispensable trusted advisor, deeply understanding their business and delivering tangible, impactful results. You will consistently build and maintain a predictable expansion pipeline by proactively uncovering opportunities before clients even realize they exist, fostering a win-win scenario for both Stitch and our clients. You will adeptly navigate complex client landscapes, guide multi-stakeholder decision-making processes, and craft integrated plans that harmonize marketing, data, and technology for maximum business impact.
