📋 Description

  • As a Client Partner in Toptal’s Consumer Products and Services team, you will own and scale a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, driving $15M+ in annual revenue through strategic expansion and deepening client relationships.
  • Day to day, you will build and sustain senior executive relationships, define and execute account strategies, lead solution development with internal teams, and manage pipeline and forecasting to support revenue growth and client outcomes.
  • Toptal is a global, fully remote network of top talent in business, design, and technology, with $200M+ in annual revenue and a culture that values innovation, speed, and breaking molds — offering a borderless, fast-paced environment where top performers thrive.
  • In this role, you will learn to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, influence client priorities at the executive level, and position Toptal as a core services partner — while developing expertise in Consumer Products and Services industries and earning autonomy to drive measurable impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience engaging and selling into medium-to-large Consumer Products and Services organizations, such as a Director or Client Service Partner role at a top consulting firm
  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales of large, complex, multi-phase managed technology projects to enterprise clients with $2B+ in annual revenue
  • Ability to engage C-level executives on industry trends impacting Consumer Products and Services
  • Experience negotiating complex service agreements with procurement and legal departments in enterprise accounts
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
