  • • As a Client Partner in Media at The Economist Group, you will own and grow a portfolio of client accounts while establishing new revenue streams for Economist Enterprise, directly contributing to the organization’s mission of driving progress through independent, rigorous analysis and global insights.
  • • Day to day, you will manage all aspects of your assigned territory by understanding client businesses, building and maintaining relationships, meeting and exceeding revenue targets, proactively managing client categories, collaborating with local and global sales and marketing teams, reporting and forecasting sales, maintaining CRM data, mastering Economist Enterprise’s Media business offerings (including print and digital advertising across platforms), maintaining consistent sales outreach, and persuasively communicating the value of The Economist’s capabilities to clients and prospects.
  • • You will join Economist Enterprise, The Economist Group’s unified B2B business that combines research, thought leadership, events, and partnerships to help organizations navigate complexity and shape critical conversations, leveraging analytical rigor and global reach to deliver clarity, credibility, and visibility for confident decision-making.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B media sales, refine your ability to sell premium branded solutions, strengthen your Salesforce and sales engagement skills, and grow your capacity to manage complex client portfolios while contributing to a globally respected organization known for integrity and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven background in B2B media/advertising sales with 2-5 years of experience
  • • Experience regularly closing deals up to $150k
  • • Experience using Salesforce and Salesloft is beneficial
  • • Ability to position and sell an established and highly valued brand
  • • Well organized and able to balance selling multiple solutions across the business portfolio
