- • As a Client Partner Senior Manager at Tinuiti, you will be instrumental in driving growth and accountability for our clients by leveraging Tinuiti's expertise in full-funnel marketing. You will act as a strategic advisor, fostering deep, transparent relationships and ensuring clients achieve their business objectives through data-driven insights and innovative campaign execution. This role is pivotal in eliminating waste in marketing spend and scaling what works, directly contributing to client success and Tinuiti's reputation as a leading independent marketing agency.
- • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of client management and strategic oversight. You will cultivate and maintain robust, transparent relationships with clients, providing them with consistent and clear updates on project status, proactively identifying potential issues, and implementing effective resolutions. A core aspect of your function will be to demonstrate strong business acumen, utilizing a deep understanding of each client's unique business landscape, prevailing industry trends, and critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to offer strategic guidance and develop impactful, tailored solutions. You will lead the crucial process of developing comprehensive budgets and accurate forecasts in collaboration with clients, ensuring that allocated budgets are utilized with maximum efficiency and that clients are billed precisely for media spend and associated fees. A significant part of your role involves meticulous data analysis and reporting; you will develop an in-depth understanding of each client's industry, their specific business challenges, and overarching goals to craft bespoke strategies that yield measurable, impactful results. You will also serve as a key liaison, engaging proactively with Tinuiti’s diverse internal teams – including media, creative, and analytics specialists – to ensure seamless collaboration and contribute positively towards achieving client project outcomes and advancing strategic initiatives. Acting as the primary point of contact for client communications, you will guarantee that clients receive timely and comprehensive updates on project progress, key milestones, and final outcomes, while also adeptly addressing any client concerns and resolving issues swiftly and efficiently to uphold and enhance client satisfaction. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in client education, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to articulate and understand strategic directions and decisions, thereby reinforcing their trust in Tinuiti's expertise and partnership. Your responsibilities extend to maintaining and applying an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices relevant to the client’s business and the broader industry landscape, using this expertise to continuously enhance client strategies and recommendations. Finally, you will leverage your strong knowledge across multiple digital channels, including SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, and Display advertising, to develop sophisticated strategic plans that clearly articulate how channel recommendations directly align with and contribute to the client’s overarching business goals.
