  • • WEX Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Client Service Analyst (CSA) to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of electronic client data, specifically focusing on enrollments, terminations, and system data maintenance. Your contributions will directly impact the seamless operation of our client services, ensuring that our clients and their participants receive accurate and timely information regarding their benefits and deductions. This position offers a unique opportunity to delve deep into data analysis and client support within the health and wellness benefit administration sector, providing a challenging yet rewarding career path for individuals passionate about precision and client satisfaction.
  • • As a Client Service Analyst, your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and critical to maintaining operational excellence. You will be tasked with meticulously analyzing various electronic files, including client imports, carrier exports, carrier discrepancy reports, payroll exports, and deduction files. This analysis is the foundation for ensuring data accuracy across all systems. A significant part of your role will involve posting and analyzing these imported and exported files, identifying any anomalies or inconsistencies that require attention. You will adhere strictly to established processing procedures and schedules to ensure that all daily tasks are completed efficiently and on time. A key responsibility is the timely completion and resolution of all processes, including audits and discrepancy reports, which will be managed through a project tracking tool. Furthermore, you will be the point of contact for responding to and resolving call center escalations, particularly urgent updates that require immediate attention to maintain client trust and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for completing a thorough review of premium reconciliation for all applicable clients, ensuring financial accuracy. Depending on your assigned clients, you may also handle the completion of Dependent Age Outs and Evidence of Insurability Approvals, requiring careful attention to detail and adherence to specific guidelines. You will actively respond to any open items within the project management tool, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution. A core function of this role involves the regular analysis of internal system data, where you will proactively identify and correct any errors or discrepancies found, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity. You will process payroll exports with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness, ensuring that payroll deductions and contributions are correctly reflected. A significant aspect of your role will involve direct communication with insurance carriers to make necessary updates and ensure that participant eligibility data is synchronized across all platforms. You will diligently work on resolving client service questions and issues, taking ownership of following up with clients, participants, or internal teams to provide accurate and complete answers. Troubleshooting errors within data files, as well as managing participant enrollments and terminations at each carrier, will be a regular part of your duties. You will interface professionally with clients and carriers via both phone and email, representing WEX Inc. with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. You will be responsible for documenting and updating client processing procedures and documentation, contributing to the team's knowledge base and ensuring consistency in operations. Additionally, you will assist with Annual Enrollment testing as necessary, providing support during critical periods. You will review audit results and meticulously correct any accounts identified by these audits, reinforcing data accuracy. Finally, you will be adept at identifying issues and communicating or escalating them to the appropriate party for swift resolution. Additional job duties and responsibilities may arise as we support the delivery of administrative services, and you are expected to perform these additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team success.
  • • The Client Services team at WEX Inc. is a vital component of our operational success, dedicated to providing exceptional support and data integrity for our clients. We foster a collaborative environment where attention to detail and problem-solving skills are highly valued. Our team works closely with various internal departments and external partners, including insurance carriers and payroll providers, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and their employees. We are committed to continuous improvement and empower our team members to take initiative and contribute to process enhancements.
  • • In this role, you will gain invaluable experience in health and wellness benefit administration, developing a deep understanding of enrollment and termination processes, data reconciliation, and carrier communications. You will hone your analytical and problem-solving skills by working with complex datasets and resolving intricate discrepancies. This position offers the opportunity to become an expert in data management within the benefits industry, enhancing your proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel and project tracking software. You will develop strong communication and interpersonal skills through daily interactions with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders. Ultimately, this role provides a solid foundation for career growth within WEX Inc., with potential pathways into more specialized client service roles, data analysis positions, or operational management.
