- • As a Client Service Director at Sedgwick, you will lead strategic account management for complex workers' compensation clients, driving retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth while overseeing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring service excellence.
- • Day to day, you will conduct pre-renewal visits, prepare client service instructions, negotiate service plan improvements, coordinate invoicing and audits, provide stewardship reporting, and supervise local client services staff through hiring, performance development, and team leadership.
