- • Supports real estate transactions by assisting internal and external customers with inquiries, delivering a high level of customer service
- • Manages employees directly engaged in client management

- • Develops departmental policies, procedures, and strategies focused on delivering high-quality customer service through anticipating and effectively addressing client needs
