- • As a Client Services Representative, you will manage accounts of locally assigned programs, ensuring consistency in service delivery and monitoring procedures that impact customer satisfaction. Your role is vital in supporting individuals facing unexpected challenges, contributing to Sedgwick’s mission of providing meaningful care and service.
- • Day to day, you will perform contract renewals and prepare Client Service Instructions, coordinate renewal pricing and location coding, prepare and distribute stewardship and other reports, educate clients on loss data and cost drivers, coordinate project activity, act as the primary client contact to maintain and improve satisfaction, identify service issues, work with leadership to resolve problems, establish service improvement plans, and identify and solicit cross-selling opportunities.
