- • Own and grow a high-value portfolio of enterprise customers—primarily the most prominent investment firms in the New York region—by designing and executing both account acquisition and account expansion strategies that directly impact Office Hours’ revenue trajectory.
- • Serve as the strategic quarterback for every client engagement: map stakeholder networks, uncover hidden pain points, craft bespoke solutions, negotiate renewals and upsells, and ensure each customer extracts measurable ROI from the Office Hours marketplace.
- • Hire, onboard, and coach a high-performance Client Solutions team; maintain talent density by running rigorous interview loops, delivering weekly 1:1 coaching, and instituting data-driven performance management that turns good reps into top-1% performers.
- • Translate field insights into product improvements by distilling customer feedback into clear, actionable specs and partnering daily with Product & Engineering to prioritize roadmap items that will unlock new revenue streams and improve user experience.
- • Build and iterate on scalable playbooks, processes, and policies that allow the Client Solutions department to 10× its output without adding proportional headcount—think automated onboarding flows, tiered support models, and predictive health scoring.
- • Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with C-suite buyers at hedge funds, private-equity shops, and venture capital firms, presenting usage analytics, ROI dashboards, and strategic recommendations that secure multi-year renewals and seven-figure expansions.
- • Forecast pipeline and revenue with surgical precision; maintain CRM hygiene, build bottoms-up models, and present monthly board-level readouts that influence company-wide resource allocation and go-to-market strategy.
- • Experiment relentlessly: A/B test messaging, pricing, and packaging; pilot new verticals; launch co-marketing campaigns; and share wins (and failures) in weekly growth retros so the entire company learns at startup speed.
- • Champion a culture of radical candor and continuous improvement—run deal clinics, peer shadowing, and objection-handling workshops that elevate the collective skill of the team and reinforce Office Hours’ values of curiosity and humility.
- • Represent Office Hours at industry conferences, panels, and networking events, evangelizing the power of democratized expert knowledge while sourcing net-new enterprise logos and reinforcing our brand as the category-defining marketplace for insight.
