  • • Serve as a trusted advisor and platform expert for high-potential advertisers on TikTok within Northern Europe, guiding them through the full lifecycle of their advertising campaigns.
  • • Build and maintain deep, long-term client relationships by understanding each advertiser’s business objectives, target audiences, and performance goals.
  • • Design and deliver tailored advertising solutions that leverage TikTok’s unique platform capabilities, including ad formats, targeting tools, and creative best practices.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including analytics, product, and operations to align client needs with TikTok’s evolving advertising ecosystem.
  • • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights, optimize ad spend, and demonstrate measurable ROI to clients.
  • • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication, proactive issue resolution, and exceptional service delivery.
  • • Educate clients on TikTok’s latest features, algorithm updates, and advertising trends to help them stay ahead in a fast-moving digital landscape.
  • • Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and proactively propose new strategies to expand their advertising footprint on TikTok.
  • • Represent Aleph’s global capabilities to clients, connecting local advertiser needs with international best practices and cross-market insights.
  • • Maintain a thorough understanding of Northern European market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive advertising environments to inform client recommendations.
  • • Drive client retention and satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations and positioning Aleph as a strategic partner, not just a service provider.
  • • Participate in regional and global initiatives to scale successful client strategies across markets and contribute to the development of platform-level best practices.
  • • Stay current with TikTok’s advertising product roadmap and industry developments to ensure clients receive the most up-to-date and effective solutions.
  • • Prepare and present strategic performance reviews and business reviews to senior client stakeholders, translating data into clear, compelling narratives.
  • • Work closely with sales and account teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment on client goals and expectations.
  • • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting successful client case studies and training new team members on TikTok advertising strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in digital advertising sales, client solutions, or account management within social media platforms, preferably TikTok, Meta, Google, or Amazon
  • • Deep understanding of TikTok’s advertising products, targeting options, and performance metrics
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-level or senior marketing stakeholders
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • • Fluency in English; proficiency in a Northern European language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is preferred
