- • The Client Strategy & Growth Ops Manager at Agent Inc. plays a pivotal role in bridging strategic marketing thinking with operational excellence, ensuring that high-impact client deliverables are not only strategically sound but also flawlessly executed. This role is essential to maintaining the consultancy’s reputation for clarity, quality, and results-driven work with established brands investing seven to eight figures in marketing.
- • Day to day, the manager will build and refine client-ready presentations, strategy decks, and performance reports by translating research, data, and strategic inputs into clear, structured narratives that reflect clean thinking and editorial excellence. They will prepare meeting agendas, facilitate internal and client discussions, capture key insights and action items, and ensure follow-through using tools like Asana or Trello to maintain accountability across projects.
- • The role involves drafting professional client recaps, updates, and strategic briefs while maintaining consistent communication to ensure alignment between strategy, deliverables, and execution timelines. They will transform outlines and research into polished deliverables, upholding consulting-level quality in both written and visual materials through rigorous review for accuracy, insight, and professionalism before client delivery.
- • The manager will source and coordinate specialized contractors such as copywriters, marketers, and creatives, managing onboarding, NDAs, and access permissions to ensure vendor contributions align with project goals and timelines. They will also track Statements of Work (SOWs), invoices, and receipts, maintain documentation for accounting and CPA review, and monitor project scope and timelines to support financial and operational integrity.
- • In addition, they will maintain organized documentation systems and shared drives, implement naming conventions and version control, identify workflow optimization opportunities, and leverage AI tools and automation to enhance team productivity without replacing critical thinking. Working closely with leadership, they ensure client work is strategically sound, clearly communicated, and executed at a high standard across multiple fast-paced client engagements.
- • The person in this role will develop deep expertise in growth marketing operations, client-facing consulting delivery, and operational scaling within a high-growth consultancy environment. They will sharpen their strategic thinking, editorial judgment, and ability to represent a premium brand in client interactions while building systems that drive consistency, accountability, and efficiency across complex marketing initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in a marketing agency, consultancy, or high-growth startup environment
- • Demonstrated experience creating client-facing deliverables such as strategy decks, marketing reports, or presentations
- • Expert proficiency in Google Workspace and advanced skills in Asana or Trello for project and workflow management
- • Exceptional writing, editing, and documentation abilities with strong editorial instinct for structuring complex information into clear narratives
- • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) as accelerators for productivity and insight
- • Background in performance marketing, growth marketing, or marketing strategy preferred
- • Proven ability to communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders in strategic discussions
