  • • In the current healthcare landscape, providers frequently grapple with underpayments from health insurance companies, despite delivering exceptional care. Processes like Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) are intended to ensure fairness but are often bogged down by administrative burdens, demanding significant time and expertise. Pivotal Health addresses this challenge head-on by leveraging a sophisticated AI-driven platform that integrates software, data, and dedicated service. Our solution streamlines complex reimbursement workflows, empowering providers to efficiently dispute underpaid claims, reduce administrative overhead, and recover the revenue they rightfully deserve, all without adding to the workload of already strained teams.
  • • As a Client Success Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in answering key client questions such as: "Are we improving our cash flow?" "Where is the most significant impact originating from?" and "What strategic areas should we prioritize next?" Your primary responsibility will be to analyze performance data, rigorously validate outcomes, and translate operational signals into compelling narratives that clearly demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI). These insights will serve as the foundation for Client Success Managers (CSMs) to build trust, reinforce the tangible value of our platform, and guide clients toward more informed financial decisions.
  • • Success in this role is defined by becoming the analytical powerhouse of the Client Success team. You will be expected to master the art of data storytelling, converting complex datasets into clear, impactful insights that not only strengthen client relationships but also drive measurable, positive outcomes for their practices. This involves a deep dive into both operational and financial data to illuminate performance trends, track cash flow improvements, and highlight the specific impact our platform is making.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and delivering ROI-driven analyses that directly support high-stakes client conversations. This includes crafting clear, concise analyses that quantify value and provide strategic guidance on reimbursement performance, revenue optimization, and overall financial strategy. Furthermore, you will play a key role in supporting the Client Success team by developing polished analyses and presentations. These deliverables will empower CSMs to effectively communicate insights, address client inquiries with confidence, and consistently reinforce the value proposition of our partnership.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves modeling financial outcomes and projections. You will build sophisticated financial models and cash flow forecasts to provide clients with a clear understanding of their current financial standing and to project the future impact of our solutions. When clients encounter complex data-related issues or require immediate clarity, you will be expected to investigate and resolve these challenges swiftly, partnering closely with Client Success pods to analyze problems, validate findings, and provide definitive answers.
  • • Beyond reactive problem-solving, you will proactively identify patterns in client data and generate actionable insights. This includes recognizing recurring client questions or analytical needs and translating these into scalable dashboards and reporting solutions. To ensure continuous improvement and influence product development, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, and internal teams. This collaboration will focus on translating client data into insights that can inform product enhancements and optimize operational strategies.
  • • Ultimately, your mission will be to build analytical leverage for the entire Client Success team. This involves evolving how the team interacts with data by creating reusable analytical frameworks, tools, and methodologies that enhance speed, consistency, and overall impact. By establishing these robust analytical capabilities, you will empower the team to deliver even greater value to our clients and solidify Pivotal Health's position as an indispensable partner in healthcare reimbursement.
