- • The Client Success Coordinator provides essential administrative, operational, and delivery support to Comscore’s Client Success organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for account teams by assisting with reporting workflows, data QA, scheduling, and internal tracking.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting account managers and client success leads in preparing materials, organizing tasks, maintaining accurate internal documentation, tracking client deliverables and deadlines, assisting with client report delivery and data QA, running recurring or ad-hoc reports, managing meeting scheduling, coordinating cross-functional interactions with Analytics, Product, and Support teams, and maintaining internal trackers for deliverables, tickets, and communication logs.
