- • As a Client Success Manager II at Lytx, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their entire lifecycle—from onboarding and deployment to renewal and expansion—ensuring they achieve their safety and operational goals through effective use of Lytx’s fleet safety technology. This role is critical to driving long-term client retention, satisfaction, and product adoption, directly contributing to Lytx’s mission of making roadways safer by helping clients implement and sustain best-in-class safety programs across their fleets.
- • You will develop and execute customized Program Management Plans tailored to each client’s unique safety objectives, leveraging data insights and industry best practices to design solutions that improve driver behavior, reduce risk, and enhance fleet performance. This includes conducting needs assessments, setting measurable goals, and aligning Lytx’s technology with the client’s operational workflows to maximize ROI and program effectiveness.
- • You will build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, acting as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in areas such as change management, communication planning, risk mitigation, coaching techniques, and user adoption strategies. Your ability to influence and guide clients through organizational change will be essential to ensuring widespread engagement and sustained use of Lytx’s solutions.
- • You will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Implementation, Training, Technical Support, Product, and Sales—to ensure seamless coordination of installations, training sessions, and ongoing support, acting as the client’s advocate while translating technical capabilities into practical business outcomes.
- • You will create and deliver engaging, web-based training modules and best practice presentations designed to educate clients on product features, safety protocols, and data interpretation, empowering them to independently manage and optimize their safety programs over time.
- • You will analyze and present program performance data—including key performance indicators, safety trends, and financial metrics—to executive-level clients, using clear, compelling visualizations and storytelling to demonstrate value, inform decision-making, and support renewal and expansion discussions.
- • You will serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, proactively identifying risks, resolving concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions that maintain trust and confidence in the Lytx partnership.
- • You will assist in managing or leading special projects as needed, such as pilot programs, industry-specific initiatives, or process improvements, contributing to innovation and scalability within Lytx’s client success operations.
- • You will gain deep expertise in the trucking and fleet industry, developing advanced skills in account management, data-driven storytelling, change leadership, and technical product fluency—positioning you for growth into senior client success, account leadership, or solutions consulting roles within Lytx or the broader SaaS and transportation technology sectors.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or a similar customer-facing role within a fast-paced commercial products or SaaS environment
- • Bilingual proficiency in French-Canadian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze data, build reports, and present key performance metrics to executive audiences
- • Demonstrated success managing complex projects and driving change management initiatives in client organizations
- • Experience in the trucking, fleet, or managed services industry is highly preferred
