- • As a Client Success Manager for Korea at Statista, you will play a key role in managing and growing the client portfolio across South Korea, ensuring clients derive ongoing value from Statista’s data platform and analytics services.
- • Day to day, you will nurture client relationships throughout the subscription lifecycle, act as the voice of the client by gathering feedback, collaborate with cross-functional teams on retention initiatives, maintain accurate records of client activity, and report regularly on account status and portfolio health.
