- • Identify, respond to, and resolve client issues and questions related to Addepar’s data and AI platform for investment professionals.
- • Provide hands-on client support via email, inbound phone calls, and scheduled Zoom meetings to ensure client satisfaction and successful platform usage.
- • Work with complex financial data sets to detect and correct data discrepancies and calculation errors.
- • Evaluate the criticality of client-reported issues and coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Product, and Account Management teams to resolve them.
- • Conduct root-cause analysis with technical teams to address systemic issues and improve platform reliability.
- • Educate clients on the functional and conceptual use of Addepar’s platform to maximize their adoption and value realization.
- • Prioritize and manage multiple client cases simultaneously, ensuring each issue is tracked to full resolution.
- • Become a subject matter expert on Addepar’s platform, features, data models, and client workflows.
- • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational support.
- • Collaborate with Product and Account Manager teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
- • Adapt to a non-standard work schedule of 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST on US business days to align with client time zones.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in a similar client support or client services role
- • Previous experience in investment management, wealth management, or portfolio management domain
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- • 1+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role
- • Proficiency in math and strong analytical skills
- • Superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills
