📋 Description
- • The Client Support Executive serves as the first point of contact for small business clients, providing essential support with day-to-day accounting queries and helping them maximize the use of Xero accounting software.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling client enquiries via phone, email, and chat; advising on basic accounting topics such as expenses and purchases; troubleshooting Xero usage issues; logging and triaging support tickets; escalating complex tax or accounting matters to qualified accountants; and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues while managing expectations.
- • 1st Formations is a leading UK provider of company formation and compliance services, operating a modern, integrated technology platform that combines formation, compliance, accounting, payroll, and ongoing business support for entrepreneurs.
