- • As a Client Support Specialist (Japanese Bilingual) at Optro Inc., you will be on the front lines connecting with clients, guiding them through technical challenges, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with the Optro platform, which is used by more than 50% of the Fortune 500 and 7 of the Fortune 10 companies.
- • Day to day, you will resolve client issues by responding to product functionality questions and providing technical troubleshooting via email, live chat, and scheduled live video sessions, while also becoming a product expert to deliver clear and effective guidance on platform features.
- • You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to escalate issues, provide valuable client feedback, and drive product improvements, utilizing advanced AI tools and internal knowledge bases to draft responses, summarize tickets, and identify key client issues.
- • In this role, you will advocate for clients by identifying trends in feedback and proactively recommending changes to improve user experience, all while working within Optro’s mission to be the category-defining global platform for connected risk and contributing to its recognition as one of the 500 fastest-growing tech companies in North America for seven consecutive years.
🎯 Requirements
- • C1 or Advanced - High Japanese and English language proficiency (must have)
- • Ability to work APAC weekday hours (9AM-6PM Japan Standard Time) (must have)
- • 3+ years in a customer support role at a SaaS or a technology company (must have)
- • Bachelor's degree or commensurate combination of education and experience
- • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing system; Zendesk experience a plus
- • Accounting & Audit knowledge is a plus
