  • • Deliver clinical and operational expertise by providing education and training support for GE Healthcare’s Maternal Infant Care (MIC) product portfolio to clinical end-users in Labor & Delivery settings.
  • • Correlate theoretical clinical knowledge with product and software functionality to enable clinicians to achieve optimal performance from GE Healthcare equipment.
  • • Conduct pre-sale clinical evaluations and educational sessions to potential customers to support sales initiatives and demonstrate product value.
  • • Develop and administer tailored clinical training programs to end-user personnel in alignment with Sales Order Agreements (SOA) to drive high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • • Collaborate with sales, project management, and service teams using an integrated account management approach to coordinate and execute customer training as defined by SOA terms.
  • • Drive revenue generation through the delivery of on-site and remote clinical education sessions, ensuring full utilization of training commitments.
  • • Complete comprehensive, consistent, and timely documentation for all training activities from pre-sale through post-implementation phases.
  • • Provide ongoing post-installation training and support to existing customers, including updates for new product enhancements or software releases.
  • • Maintain strong customer relationships and serve as a liaison to communicate clinical feedback, technical issues, and product improvement opportunities to LCS Management, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support.
  • • Manage and optimize national travel and lodging (T&L) budget, ensuring compliance with expense guidelines and maintaining accurate, complete records.
  • • Travel up to 100% (4–5 days per week, including weekends) across the United States and Canada using multiple modes of transportation including air, car, and train.
  • • Proficiently utilize standard software tools including Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as web-based and intranet systems for training delivery and documentation.
  • • Rapidly learn and master specialized industry-specific software platforms to deliver digital education and training solutions to clinical teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4 years of direct patient care experience in a Labor & Delivery setting
  • • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • • Active, unencumbered RN license
  • • Must reside in the Central region (Tennessee and Kentucky)
  • • Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% (4–5 days per week, including weekends) within the U.S. and Canada
  • • Proficient in Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web-based applications; ability to learn specialized clinical software

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Annual base salary range of $92,000–$138,000
