- • Develop and deliver software requirement specifications by interpreting clinical study documents including protocols, imaging charters, and procedural documents
- • Translate complex scientific, medical, and therapeutic criteria into clear, actionable software requirements for clinical trial systems
- • Gather, document, and manage requirements to ensure accurate mapping between clinical study needs and software functionality
- • Coordinate and lead requirement review sessions with scientific teams, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- • Maintain organized, study-specific documentation for software configurations, deliverables, and system specifications
- • Support development and validation teams by clarifying requirements and assisting with testing, deployment, and issue resolution
- • Partner with Medical & Scientific Affairs to ensure alignment between clinical study documentation and software features
- • Contribute to product improvement by providing input on enhancements and participating in feature training sessions
- • Collaborate with Clinical Project Management and Operations on study timelines, scope changes, and kick-off activities
- • Ensure alignment of data capture, delivery, and database structures with Clinical Data Management requirements
- • Drive communication on project risks, mitigations, and escalations while fostering strong stakeholder collaboration
- • Support the creation and distribution of operational reports and status updates for clinical trial initiatives
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Minimum 2+ years of experience in roles such as Medical Writing, Clinical Project Management, Business Analysis, or Clinical Data Management
- • Working knowledge of clinical trial processes; experience in medical imaging is preferred
- • Experience developing configuration specifications or translating business requirements into technical solutions
- • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with software development lifecycle environments
- • Strong ability to analyze complex information and translate it into structured requirements
