- • The Clinical Development Analyst role at Solventum (formerly 3M Health Care) is critical to advancing healthcare innovation by leveraging clinical expertise and data-driven insights to improve coding performance and client outcomes in computer-assisted coding solutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert guidance on coding performance and engine methodology, analyzing high-volume statistical data to enhance ROI for clients, leading client consultations to optimize coding solutions, collaborating across support, engineering, client engagement, and NLP teams, and developing presentation materials for internal and external audiences including webinars, blogs, and industry publications.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, OR High School Diploma/GED plus four (4) years of experience in Health Information Management in private, public, government, or military settings
- • Active certification as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Coding Professional (CPC)
- • Strong knowledge of disease and procedure classification systems, official coding guidelines, and medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive compensation range of $96,000 - $132,000 (base plus variable incentive pay)
- • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSAs, FSAs, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefits
- • Employer-paid travel and arrangements for required on-site onboarding for new hires starting October 1, 2025 or later
