- • Netrix Global, a distinguished leader in cybersecurity and IT services, is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Strategic Partnerships Manager to spearhead business development initiatives within the Western Region of the United States. This pivotal role is designed for an individual with a proven track record in cultivating and managing strategic alliances, with a particular focus on our TSD Master Agency partnerships and a broad spectrum of new and existing referral partners. Your primary mission will be to drive significant revenue growth and market penetration by recruiting top-tier referral partners and nurturing these relationships to their fullest potential.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive, co-sell and go-to-market strategies tailored for each partner. The emphasis will be on creating scalable lead generation engines that directly contribute to substantial new bookings and the maximization of gross profit. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to generate leads that consistently convert into high-value opportunities, resulting in significant new logo acquisition and revenue for Netrix.
- • A key responsibility will be the proactive recruitment and diligent management of both new and existing referral and resale partners. This includes a diverse range of entities such as Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), trusted advisors, and independent consultants. Your efforts will focus on empowering these partners to effectively promote and sell Netrix's extensive portfolio of service offerings, encompassing both our cutting-edge managed services and our expert professional services. The ultimate business outcomes will be measured by the generation of new logos and a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- • To ensure alignment and drive performance, you will establish and maintain a regular monthly cadence with key partners, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). These sessions will be crucial for discussing go-to-market initiatives, ensuring partnership alignment, addressing any escalations, and conducting thorough pipeline reviews. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner records within Netrix's CRM system (Salesforce) is paramount. This includes meticulously documenting partner company information, their profiles and qualifications, key contacts, and all associated leads and opportunities.
- • You will collaborate closely with channel senior executives to negotiate new partnership agreements, fostering mutually beneficial relationships that drive long-term success. A significant aspect of this role involves leading and executing joint events with partners. This will require close collaboration with our marketing and sales teams, and other internal Netrix departments as needed. These events can range from on-site partner engagements to webinars, and may also extend to webinars targeting our partners' clients and prospects.
- • In partnership with the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing essential sales enablement content. This content will serve both Netrix's internal sales force and our channel partners, providing them with the necessary tools and information to effectively position and sell Netrix's solutions. You will also play a crucial role in training partners on Netrix's key offerings and go-to-market solutions, equipping them with the knowledge to generate leads and create new opportunities.
- • You will actively contribute to enhancing the partner portal by reviewing and suggesting content updates, ensuring that partners always have access to the latest information on Netrix's offerings. Conducting account mapping exercises, facilitating introductions, and building lead-generating relationships with your assigned partners will be critical for driving new opportunities and bookings for Netrix.
- • Developing the optimal go-to-market strategy, fostering the right partner behaviors, and setting clear goals will be a collaborative effort involving both our partners and our internal sales teams. You will also leverage social channels and social selling techniques to promote our partnership program, our partners, and our joint solutions, acting as a key evangelist for Netrix and its ecosystem.
- • Maintaining an accurate and transparent lead and opportunity pipeline within Netrix's CRM (Salesforce) is a non-negotiable requirement. You will work hand-in-hand with sales team members on all leads and opportunities generated by your channel partners, serving as the primary Netrix liaison to ensure these opportunities progress smoothly through the sales process. Furthermore, you will act as a support resource for ensuring that referral partner SPIFFs (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) are clearly communicated, compensation-related questions are addressed promptly, and any issues are resolved efficiently, in coordination with accounting and channel leadership.
- • This role is ideally suited for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the IT services and cybersecurity landscape, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building and scaling successful partnerships. The ability to influence and drive action across multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, will be key to your success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or channel sales, with a strong understanding of the IT services and cybersecurity industry.
- • Proven experience with the TSD Master Agent ecosystem, with a preference for familiarity with AppDirect and Telarus.
- • Existing strong relationships with sub-agents, trusted advisors, referral partners, and MSPs within the Western Region.
- • Deep understanding of go-to-market organizational structures and the ability to effectively leverage and align with partners, channels, sales, and marketing teams.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and drive consensus.
