- • Netrix Global, a distinguished and award-winning leader in cybersecurity and IT services, is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Strategic Partnerships Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives within the Northeast Region of the United States. This pivotal role will focus on cultivating and expanding our network of TSD Master Agency partnerships, alongside nurturing new and existing referral partners. Your primary mission will be to drive scalable lead generation, foster robust co-sell strategies, and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans that directly contribute to significant new bookings and the maximization of gross profit.
- • As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new referral partners, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), trusted advisors, and consultants. You will be responsible for managing these relationships, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to promote Netrix's extensive portfolio of managed and professional IT services. A key performance indicator for this role will be the generation of net new logo acquisition through these referral channels, translating directly into tangible leads, opportunities, and ultimately, revenue.
- • You will establish and maintain a regular cadence of communication with key partners, including monthly check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). These sessions will be crucial for aligning on Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, reviewing partnership performance, addressing any escalations, and conducting in-depth pipeline reviews. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner records within Netrix's CRM system (Salesforce) will be a fundamental aspect of your role, encompassing partner company details, profiles, qualifications, contact information, and the tracking of leads and opportunities.
- • Collaboration will be a cornerstone of this position. You will work closely with channel senior executives to negotiate new partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that foster long-term success. Furthermore, you will take the lead in organizing and executing joint events with partners, which may include on-site events, webinars for partners, or webinars targeted at their clients and prospects. This will require close coordination with our marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will involve developing and delivering sales enablement content. In partnership with the marketing team, you will create compelling materials for both Netrix's internal sales force and our channel partners, highlighting Netrix's key offerings and Go-To-Market solutions. You will also be responsible for training partners on these offerings, empowering them to effectively generate leads and identify opportunities.
- • You will play a key role in enhancing the partner portal experience by suggesting and ensuring the availability of the latest Netrix offerings and resources. Through proactive account mapping, facilitating introductions, and cultivating lead-generating relationships with your assigned partners, you will directly drive new opportunities and bookings for Netrix.
- • Developing and refining the go-to-market strategy is critical. This involves aligning partner behaviors and goals with those of our internal sales and marketing teams. You will also leverage social channels and social selling techniques to increase awareness of our partnership program, our partners, and our joint solutions, acting as a vocal evangelist for Netrix and our ecosystem.
- • Maintaining an accurate and robust lead and opportunity pipeline within Netrix's CRM (Salesforce) is essential for tracking progress and forecasting. You will collaborate closely with sales team members, acting as the primary Netrix liaison for all leads and opportunities generated by your channel partners, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales process.
- • Finally, you will provide crucial support for the referral partner SPIFF program, ensuring timely communication of incentives, prompt resolution of compensation-related queries, and efficient issue resolution in conjunction with accounting and channel leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Netrix's channel strategy in a high-growth region.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or channel sales, with a strong preference for experience within the TSD Master Agent ecosystem (AppDirect and Telarus are highly desirable).
- • Demonstrated success in recruiting, managing, and growing a network of referral and resale partners, including MSPs, VARs, and trusted advisors.
- • Proven ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, aligning partner activities with internal sales and marketing objectives to drive lead generation and revenue.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for pipeline management, partner tracking, and reporting.
