- • Deliver clinical training and education programs to internal teams (Clinical Service Managers, Clinical Product Educators, Sales team) and external stakeholders including HCPs, KOLs, and People with Diabetes (PwD) across the Benelux region to drive adoption and effective use of Omnipod therapy.
- • Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions in both group and individual formats, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of clinical content aligned with global standards.
- • Develop and approve educational materials using the Veeva Medical Review (MLR) framework, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with regional and international messaging.
- • Support product launch initiatives by coordinating and delivering training to commercial and clinical teams in collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales Excellence functions.
- • Organize and participate in field-based educational events including pump clinics, patient info nights, JDRF walks, vendor days, and in-office educational sessions targeting HCPs and PwD.
- • Promote the benefits of the Omnipod Insulin Management System to healthcare providers, Key Opinion Leaders, and product users through direct engagement and educational outreach.
- • Evaluate and support Certified Pod Trainers and Clinical Service Managers to ensure they possess the necessary clinical competencies to guide patients transitioning to Omnipod therapy.
- • Collaborate with Global Training and other internal trainers to share best practices, replicate successful programs, and maintain consistency in training delivery across regions.
- • Independently deliver HCP education in the field as a respected peer, supporting both field teams and direct patient care pathways.
- • Execute the regional education strategy plan by aligning activities with business objectives and ensuring standardization and simplicity across all training initiatives.
- • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to co-develop and enhance educational content for healthcare professionals.
- • Support onboarding of new Sales and Clinical team members through structured product and clinical training programs.
- • Perform administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness, including documentation, reporting, and tracking of training outcomes.
- • Travel extensively within the Benelux region (up to 50% of time) to conduct field visits, training events, and meetings at HCP offices, clinics, and regional offices.
- • Operate from a home office and company regional offices (Paris, Munich, London), with regular use of virtual platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx.
- • Utilize MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Veeva, Salesforce.com, and Learning Management Systems to manage content, track engagement, and report on training effectiveness.
- • Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure maximum engagement and retention among learners.
