  • • As a Clinical Manager for Enterprise Support at Ingenovis Health, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of clinical services across our diverse portfolio of nursing and allied health brands. This dynamic position requires you to act as a crucial liaison, fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers, client facilities, vendor partners, and internal IGV departments. Your primary objective will be to consistently meet and exceed the clinical needs and expectations of all stakeholders, contributing directly to the success of our fast-paced, project-based business model.
  • • You will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive understanding of acute care facility management and a foundational knowledge of various specialties within these settings. This expertise will enable you to effectively consult with healthcare leaders at client facilities and our associate vendors, building trust and establishing collaborative partnerships.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with our Sales, ITO (Internal Transfer Organization), and Client Services teams for our travel brands. You will serve as the clinical voice, representing the clinical perspective in direct client relationship management and MSP (Managed Service Provider) engagements.
  • • In partnership with USN (United Staffing Network) sales and operations leaders, you will provide expert clinical consultation to clients, particularly during strike preparations and throughout the duration of work stoppages. This includes advising on best practices and ensuring clinical readiness.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for the clinical aspects of client calls and projects. This involves relaying all critical details and sourcing specific clinical expertise required by USN’s recruitment, operations, and clinical teams to effectively meet client demands.
  • • Travel will be an integral part of this role, as needed, for sales and consultation meetings related to ITO, our TNA (Travel Nurse America) and PS (Professional Services) brands, as well as for strike clients. This travel may extend to onsite presence during and throughout actual strike events.
  • • During work stoppages, you will provide direct, onsite clinical management of USN’s traveler and replacement workers, ensuring their smooth integration and effective performance within the client facility.
  • • You will conduct in-depth clinical interviews with client facilities for ITO, TNA, and PS brands, as well as for USN needs. The goal is to meticulously gather unit-specific qualifications and requirements that will be used to interview and vet potential travelers and replacement workers.
  • • You will actively advise and consult with our Recruitment, Client Services, and Credentialing teams. Your clinical insights will be instrumental in facilitating the appropriate placement of travelers and replacement workers into client facility orders. You will also be responsible for providing internal training to these teams as needed, enhancing their clinical understanding.
  • • A significant responsibility includes reviewing and interviewing submitted candidates, rigorously evaluating their clinical competency and ensuring their selection aligns with client-defined specialties and requirements.
  • • You will participate in Quality Assurance Committee discussions, contributing your clinical judgment to matters concerning disciplinary actions for field employees who have committed clinical or professional conduct infractions.
  • • You will be tasked with implementing appropriate traveler management measures in response to professional conduct or practice infractions, ensuring consistency with company policy and sound clinical judgment.
  • • You will make critical traveler placement eligibility decisions based on company guidelines. This involves a thorough review of background checks, non-negative drug screens, and any prior disciplinary actions on professional licenses or from other regulatory bodies.
  • • You will work collaboratively with various cross-functional teams to ensure that the needs of the organization, the client, and the traveler are managed effectively and harmoniously.
  • • You will provide essential support for legal, Joint Commission, or other regulatory body audits, ensuring compliance and preparedness.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Ingenovis Health marketing team, contributing valuable content for the traveler newsletter and other marketing initiatives, enhancing communication and engagement.
  • • You will perform additional duties as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to supporting the broader organizational goals.
