📋 Description

• The Clinical Nurse Coordinator-Transplant (Central Region) at Natera serves as a field-based clinical expert who partners with transplant coordinators and healthcare professionals to advance the use of Prospera, Natera’s transplant rejection monitoring test, ultimately improving patient outcomes through earlier detection and intervention.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include traveling approximately 50% of the time to engage with transplant centers, providing in-depth education on Prospera’s benefits, collaborating with Medical Science Liaisons and medical directors to support healthcare providers, supporting clinical trial initiatives, and maintaining up-to-date expertise in organ transplantation science and clinical practice.
• The role sits within Natera’s commercial and medical affairs teams, working closely with cross-functional colleagues to deliver clinical value in the organ health space, leveraging the company’s leadership in cell-free DNA diagnostics to drive adoption of innovative testing solutions.
• In this role, the individual will deepen their expertise in transplant medicine, influence real-world clinical practice through education and advocacy, contribute to research initiatives, and grow professionally in a mission-driven organization at the forefront of genetic diagnostics and personalized healthcare.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of transplant coordinator experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active RN license in one or more states
