- • As a Clinical Operations Manager at Rula Health, you will drive and elevate provider quality initiatives through data-driven decision making and high-impact operational programs, directly supporting the company’s mission to destigmatize mental health and deliver whole-person care.
- • You will lead scalable quality initiatives across the provider network by identifying gaps, sizing opportunities, and executing quarterly programs that improve key metrics, including psych provider quality reviews, note quality improvements, and AI-powered documentation efforts.
- • You will partner cross-functionally to align on priorities, translate complex data into clear actions, and ensure rigorous execution with measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced analytical and operational expertise, lead high-visibility projects, and gain direct impact on provider performance and patient outcomes while growing your career in healthcare operations and health tech.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, health tech, operations, consulting, banking, or similarly analytical environments
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (modeling, analysis, large datasets)
- • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills
- • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional, high-visibility projects
- • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- • Experience in healthcare or provider operations (preferred)
- • Experience partnering with clinicians (e.g., psychiatrists, therapists) and translating clinical workflows into measurable, data-driven improvements (preferred)
- • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Looker, or Hex (preferred)
