  • • As a Clinical Outreach Representative at Equip Health Inc., you will be at the forefront of our mission to make evidence-based eating disorder treatment accessible to everyone. This pivotal role is designed for an entrepreneurial and self-driven individual who thrives on building strategic relationships and driving patient acquisition within a designated multi-state territory. You will be the face of Equip, representing our commitment to recovery and connecting individuals and healthcare providers with the life-changing care we offer.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive strategies aimed at maximizing Equip's brand reach and fostering robust provider relationships across your territory. This involves a proactive approach to identifying and engaging with healthcare organizations, community groups, and individual practitioners who can benefit from partnering with Equip. You will be instrumental in expanding our network and ensuring that those in need of our specialized services can find them.
  • • Cultivating and nurturing relationships is at the core of this role. You will engage with both new and existing contacts through a variety of channels, including virtual meetings, in-person consultations, networking events, and impactful educational presentations. A key aspect of this engagement will involve close collaboration with Equip’s clinical leaders, leveraging their expertise to deliver compelling and informative sessions that highlight the efficacy and unique benefits of our treatment model.
  • • You will be directly accountable for contributing to patient acquisition and admissions goals. This requires a deep understanding of the referral process and a commitment to working seamlessly with our Referral Coordinators and Admissions team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all provider partners. Your efforts will directly impact the number of individuals and families who can access the critical support they need.
  • • Effective data management and reporting are essential for success. You will meticulously manage your outreach efforts, track key performance indicators, and maintain detailed records within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This data will be crucial for demonstrating territory performance, identifying areas for strategic improvement, and informing the development of future outreach initiatives.
  • • Planning and executing regional events will be a significant part of your role. You will conceptualize and implement engaging events designed to foster deeper connections with target professional audiences, showcase Equip's capabilities, and generate qualified leads. This requires creativity, organizational prowess, and a keen understanding of event marketing principles.
  • • A deep understanding of your specific territory's unique needs and healthcare landscape is paramount. You will position Equip as the premier solution for providers by tailoring your approach to address local challenges and opportunities. This localized strategy ensures that our outreach is relevant, impactful, and resonates with the communities we serve.
  • • Identifying and re-engaging inactive providers will be a key strategic initiative. You will develop and implement targeted action plans with clear timelines to revitalize these relationships, bringing valuable partners back into the Equip network and expanding our reach.
  • • Collaboration is key to our success at Equip. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical operations, and payor partnership teams to strategically penetrate new markets and ensure a cohesive approach to business development. This integrated effort will amplify our impact and accelerate our growth.
  • • You will also be responsible for identifying local sponsorship opportunities and representing Equip at relevant conferences and industry events. This public-facing role requires a professional demeanor, strong presentation skills, and the ability to articulate Equip's value proposition effectively to a diverse audience.
  • • This is a remote role that demands a high degree of autonomy, self-motivation, and critical thinking. You must be comfortable navigating a fast-paced, fluid environment, adapting to change, and proactively solving challenges to consistently meet and exceed your goals. Your ability to manage your time effectively and maintain a strong work ethic will be crucial for success in this dynamic position.
