Close collaboration with Equip’s clinical leaders will be essential to ensure that these engagements are not only informative but also deeply resonate with healthcare professionals.

- • You will proactively identify inactive providers and develop actionable plans and timelines to re-engage them, ensuring that Equip's services remain top-of-mind.
- • Collaboration is key to our success at Equip. You will work closely with marketing, clinical operations, and payor partnership teams to effectively penetrate new markets and expand our reach.
- • Identifying local sponsorship opportunities and representing Equip at relevant conferences will further enhance our visibility and establish Equip as a thought leader in the field.
- • This is a remote role that requires significant autonomy and self-motivation. You will be comfortable working independently, managing your time effectively, and navigating the challenges and rapid changes inherent in a fast-paced, growing organization. Your critical thinking skills will be invaluable in overcoming obstacles and adapting to evolving market conditions.
- • Ultimately, you will be a vital ambassador for Equip, embodying our mission and values in every interaction, and playing a direct role in helping thousands of individuals and families find the path to recovery.
