- • As a Clinical Partnerships Associate at Nabi Health, you will play a direct role in expanding access to eating disorder care by building and maintaining referral relationships with medical practices and clinicians who identify patients in need of support.
- • Day to day, you will reach out via phone and email to primary care physicians, mental health providers, OB/GYNs, gastroenterologists, college health centers, and higher-acuity eating disorder programs to introduce Nabi Health’s services, explain the referral process, and make it easy for practices to refer patients.
- • You will work closely with the clinical operations team to ensure smooth patient handoffs, consistently follow up on outreach, document all touchpoints in the CRM, and navigate common questions about insurance, scheduling, and patient experience.
- • Nabi Health is a fast-growing digital health platform dedicated to helping people access high-quality, insurance-covered eating disorder care by matching patients with registered dietitians and streamlining access to treatment.
- • In this role, you will gain firsthand exposure to healthcare operations, referral network dynamics, and how digital health companies scale patient pipelines—providing invaluable experience for those pursuing careers in medicine, healthcare administration, or public health.
- • You will develop strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment with clear processes and room to grow.
🎯 Requirements
- • Interest in healthcare, clinical operations, or the business side of medicine (pre-med, post-bacc, public health, nursing, or healthcare admin backgrounds strongly encouraged)
- • Strong communicator with warm, confident energy
- • Comfortable with outbound outreach and professional phone conversations
- • Reliable, organized, and proactive with follow-ups
- • Attention to detail when tracking outreach and managing a pipeline of practices
- • Comfortable using scripts and following clear processes
