• • The Clinical Practice Support Expert, Removables (AU) is a pivotal role in Dandy’s mission to modernize the $200B dental industry by driving clinical adoption and customer excellence during the company’s new market launch in Australia. This hybrid position combines high-impact training with advanced clinical support to ensure dental practices confidently adopt digital workflows and receive expert guidance on complex removable denture cases.
• • Day to day, the role involves delivering localized onboarding (virtual and in-practice), coaching clinicians on scanning and digital workflows, observing and improving scan quality in real time, serving as the senior clinical escalation point for complex cases via chat, phone, video, and email, troubleshooting clinical and technical issues, assessing case quality against global standards, liaising between clinicians and the lab, managing independent travel and scheduling (up to 50% travel), supporting CX and training initiatives, contributing to SOPs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve clinical processes and customer experience.
