📋 Description
- • The Clinical Programs Business Development Manager at Capital Rx, Inc. is responsible for driving the sales and profitability of Capital Rx’s suite of clinical programs, serving as a primary business development lead from opportunity identification through contracting and implementation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client data to identify sales opportunities, delivering presentations and ROI analyses to prospects, cultivating relationships with pharmacy benefit consultant groups, maintaining expertise in clinical programs and regulatory requirements (CMS, NCQA, URAC), and supporting client retention and implementation handoffs.
- • Capital Rx is a public benefit corporation delivering full-service pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solutions to self-insured employers, operating under Judi Health, an enterprise health technology company focused on rebuilding trust in healthcare through its proprietary Enterprise Health Platform (EHP).
- • The role offers the opportunity to combine clinical expertise with strategic sales acumen to expand program adoption, deliver measurable client value, and contribute to product innovation through market feedback, all while earning a base salary plus commission in a remote position.
🎯 Requirements
- • MBA degree and/or certification in sales or business
- • 3+ years of applicable experience in a health plan or PBM, healthcare sales, or completion of a PGY1 Clinical Pharmacy Residency, Managed Care Residency or Fellowship with 2+ years of relevant experience
- • Active, unrestricted pharmacy license in the state of residence
- • Ability to travel up to 50%
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex B2B deals
