Clinical Project Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Clinical Project Manager at Clario, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical projects within the General Medicine organization, ensuring high-quality outcomes for sponsors while driving operational excellence. This role is critical to transforming lives by unlocking better evidence and bringing life-changing therapies to patients faster.
• • Day to day, you will lead study start-up activities, define and manage project plans with timelines and milestones, establish reporting schedules, communicate project information to internal teams and sponsors, identify critical success factors, coordinate resources, perform financial management including billing and forecasting, ensure compliance with SOPs, train teams on protocols, oversee site-level data collection, develop project teams through feedback and collaboration, support Business Development efforts, oversee project close-out, and perform supervisory responsibilities such as hiring and performance management.
• • You will be part of Clario’s General Medicine organization, a mission-driven company dedicated to transforming lives through better evidence. The team partners closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and leadership to deliver projects on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards, all within a fully remote work arrangement based in Costa Rica.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in clinical trial management, regulatory compliance (GCP, ICH, FDA), financial oversight of clinical projects, cross-functional team leadership, and stakeholder communication. You will gain experience managing complex projects from start-up to close-out in a fast-paced, regulated environment, positioning you for advancement in clinical operations or project leadership roles within the life sciences industry.
