Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the full-cycle recruitment for high-impact clinical roles—psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists—who will deliver life-changing behavioral-health care to thousands of patients across Georgia and Texas.
- • Act as the single-threaded owner of every search: craft compelling job ads, map target markets, cold-source passive talent, conduct rigorous screens, coordinate multi-stakeholder interviews, negotiate offers, and shepherd candidates through credentialing and onboarding to a signed start date.
- • Build and continuously refresh evergreen talent pipelines so that critical roles can be filled in days, not months; maintain live dashboards in the ATS that forecast hiring velocity and flag risk before it becomes a vacancy.
- • Design high-touch, clinician-centric outreach campaigns that showcase Hightop Health’s mission-driven culture, flexible scheduling, and cutting-edge tele-psychiatry platform; leverage email sequences, SMS, social media, and direct-mail to achieve 40%+ passive-candidate response rates.
- • Partner with the Director of Clinical Recruitment & Onboarding Experience to translate quarterly workforce plans into monthly sourcing sprints; align req priorities, head-count forecasts, and diversity goals with executive leadership and PE stakeholders.
- • Collaborate daily with clinical department chairs, regional medical directors, HR business partners, and credentialing specialists to clarify scope of practice, call-coverage expectations, compensation bands, and licensure timelines—eliminating surprises and accelerating time-to-fill.
- • Serve as the trusted talent advisor to hiring managers: present labor-market intelligence, recommend competitive compensation adjustments, and coach interview teams on behavioral-based questioning and inclusive evaluation rubrics.
- • Represent Hightop Health at national psychiatry conferences, residency program grand rounds, and virtual job fairs; deliver polished elevator pitches that convert attendees into qualified applicants and long-term brand ambassadors.
- • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including source-of-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-acceptance rate, and first-year retention; iterate on sourcing channels and messaging based on real-time data.
- • Champion an exceptional candidate experience: schedule interviews within 48 hours, provide weekly status updates, and solicit feedback that feeds directly into process improvements and Net Promoter Scores above 70.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends—telehealth regulations, interstate compacts, visa policy shifts, and compensation benchmarks—so that Hightop Health remains the employer-of-choice for top psychiatric talent nationwide.
- • Occasionally travel (up to 25%) to clinic sites, residency programs, and industry conferences; bring back market insights, nurture relationships, and ensure hiring managers meet future colleagues face-to-face.
