Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own full-cycle clinical recruiting for Allara’s rapidly expanding telehealth practice, sourcing and closing top-tier physicians, nurse practitioners, registered dietitians, mental-health therapists, and care-coordinators who will collectively serve 40,000+ women nationwide.
- • Build and execute a scalable sourcing playbook that leverages LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity, clinician-specific job boards, specialty societies, and proactive referral campaigns to maintain a 3× pipeline for every open requisition.
- • Partner with Clinical Leadership, Product, and People Ops to forecast hiring needs 6–12 months ahead; translate growth targets into weekly req loads, funnel metrics, and diversity goals that keep pace with our patient-acquisition curve.
- • Craft compelling, evidence-based job descriptions and outreach messages that speak to clinicians’ desire for mission-driven work, flexible telehealth schedules, and the chance to redefine women’s metabolic and reproductive care.
- • Screen for both clinical excellence and cultural alignment—conduct credential verifications, license checks, case-study interviews, and behavioral assessments—while ensuring every candidate finishes the process feeling respected and informed.
- • Drive an exceptional candidate experience: schedule multi-stakeholder interviews within 48 hours, share transparent timelines, and deliver actionable feedback that positions Allara as the employer-of-choice in digital women’s health.
- • Negotiate competitive offers that balance market parity, internal equity, and mission alignment; partner with Legal & Compliance to structure employment agreements, telehealth credentialing packets, and state-specific licensing workflows.
- • Build and maintain a clinician talent-CRM (Greenhouse or similar) segmented by specialty, geography, and engagement level; automate nurture sequences so silver-medalist candidates convert when new roles open.
- • Track funnel analytics weekly—time-to-fill, offer-accept, diversity mix, cost-per-hire—and present insights to the executive team; iterate on process levers to cut time-to-fill by 25 % within your first 6 months.
- • Champion inclusive hiring practices: write inclusive JD language, host bias-interrupt training for interviewers, and partner with organizations such as the National Medical Association and Black Mamas Matter Alliance to diversify our provider base.
- • Collaborate with Marketing to spotlight clinician stories on social media, amplifying our employer brand and turning every hire into a future referral engine.
- • Support contract-to-hire transition logistics: manage 1099-to-W2 conversions, benefits rollouts, and licensing reimbursements so new providers ramp seamlessly.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for external staffing agencies and locums firms; negotiate master-service agreements that cap mark-ups and guarantee quality.
- • Stay current on telehealth regulations, interstate licensing compacts, and DEA waivers so every hire is compliant from day one.
- • Contribute to broader People-team OKRs—employee NPS, retention, and clinician utilization—by ensuring the right talent is in the right roles at the right time.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of high-volume clinical recruiting in telehealth, digital health, or multi-state medical group environments
- • Proven track record of filling physician, NP, and allied-health roles with average time-to-fill under 35 days
- • Expert-level fluency with Greenhouse, Lever, or comparable ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; comfortable building reports and dashboards
- • Deep understanding of multi-state medical licensing, credentialing, and telehealth compliance (HIPAA, state-specific MD licensing, DEA X-waiver)
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to sell mission and comp package to senior clinicians while maintaining empathy and transparency
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully remote, flexible schedule with core hours that respect work-life balance
- • Competitive contract-to-hire rate with clear conversion path to full-time salary + equity
- • Monthly wellness stipend and annual CME budget to support your own health and learning
- • Home-office setup allowance and all necessary tech (MacBook, second monitor, high-speed internet reimbursement)
