• • Design and implement software for mobile robot navigation, indoor and outdoor localization, fleet management, mission planning and control, robotic manipulators, and high-performance software testing.
• • Collaborate with multidisciplinary, global teams to deliver cutting-edge robotics solutions that impact real-world applications.
• • Apply best coding practices to ensure software systems are readable, reusable, and scalable across diverse robotics projects.
• • Engage in the technical design and implementation of customer-specific, R&D, and internal technology initiatives, contributing to the evolution of proprietary and open-source robotics platforms.
• • Independently manage mid-sized software development tasks from conception to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• • Actively participate in technical discussions, propose solutions, and provide clear justifications for architectural and implementation decisions.
• • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through the company’s tech dojo, training peers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• • Maintain proficiency in Docker for containerization and deployment of robotics software across development and production environments.
• • Communicate technical concepts clearly in English during presentations, code reviews, and cross-team collaborations with global stakeholders.
• • Contribute to open-source robotics projects, demonstrating commitment to community-driven innovation and transparency in software development.
• • Stay current with advancements in robotics technologies including computer vision, simulation environments, and autonomous system control.
• • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in team interactions, supporting a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture.
• • Work remotely as part of a globally distributed team with members across LATAM, the USA, and Europe, aligning with asynchronous and synchronous workflows.
