📋 Description
- • As a Clinical Research Associate I/II at Precision for Medicine, you will play a critical role in advancing oncology and rare disease therapies by ensuring clinical trials are conducted with the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient safety. Your work directly contributes to accelerating life-changing treatments from development to patient access.
- • Day to day, you will monitor clinical study progress at investigative sites, ensure adherence to protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements, coordinate study setup activities including investigator identification and regulatory submissions, conduct pre-study and initiation visits, and maintain accurate documentation while serving as the primary liaison between sites and the study team.
- • You will join a mission-driven, innovative CRO that integrates clinical trial execution with scientific expertise, laboratory capabilities, and advanced data sciences to improve the speed, cost, and success of bringing therapies to market. - • In this role, you will develop deep protocol expertise due to a lower-than-average protocol load, strengthen your oncology monitoring skills, grow your ability to anticipate and mitigate study risks, and gain autonomy and influence in a smaller, agile organization where direct management support and meaningful contributions are valued.
🎯 Requirements
- • Life science degree and/or equivalent experience
- • 1+ year of experience as a CRA in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech setting, or equivalent relevant experience in clinical research/site management
- • Proven experience managing oncology studies
- • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French
- • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- • Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays (up to 50-60% travel commitment)
