- • A Clinical Safety Associate role at Heidi Health Pty Ltd focused on reviewing, investigating, and resolving clinical safety concerns related to AI-generated clinical output, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance while supporting clinicians globally.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing customer-reported safety issues using clinical judgement, investigating root causes via AI platforms, communicating findings empathetically to customers, coordinating with engineering and product teams when needed, maintaining safety documentation, and contributing to regulatory reportability assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- • Heidi Health is a fast-growing, mission-driven company building an AI Care Partner to support clinicians, having already powered over 73 million patient visits across 116 countries and backed by nearly $100M in funding, with partnerships including the NHS and Monash Health.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in clinical safety within AI healthcare systems, strengthen regulatory knowledge of global medical device standards, refine investigative and communication skills, and contribute to improving safe AI deployment in clinical settings while working alongside doctors, engineers, and product specialists.
