  • • Lead Trexo Robotics’ commercial growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region), with initial focus on North Rhine-Westphalia, by driving clinical adoption of powered wearable rehabilitation robots for children with movement disorders.
  • • Build and manage B2B relationships with physiotherapy clinics, pediatric rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and healthcare institutions to establish Trexo as a trusted solution in rehabilitation technology.
  • • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to product demonstrations, evaluations, negotiations, and closing—within institutional healthcare settings.
  • • Educate physiotherapists, clinical directors, and rehabilitation teams on the clinical benefits, patient outcomes, and operational integration of Trexo’s wearable robotic devices.
  • • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders and leading rehabilitation institutions to expand referral networks and market presence.
  • • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations tailored to clinical workflows and patient needs across the DACH region.
  • • Support healthcare providers in evaluating Trexo’s technology for specific patient populations, including those with cerebral palsy and other mobility impairments.
  • • Collaborate with the Marketing team to convert inbound leads and generate new opportunities through trade shows, physiotherapy congresses, and pediatric rehabilitation events.
  • • Represent Trexo Robotics at national and regional healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and clinical education forums across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • • Maintain a structured CRM pipeline using Salesforce or equivalent systems to track prospects, forecast sales, and ensure consistent pipeline health.
  • • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual territory sales targets through strategic account management and market expansion.
  • • Provide actionable market intelligence on reimbursement pathways, public procurement processes, competitive dynamics, and adoption barriers within the DACH healthcare ecosystem.
  • • Operate autonomously as the first commercial representative in the DACH region, establishing scalable sales processes and clinical engagement models from the ground up.
  • • Travel up to 50% across Germany and periodically within Austria and Switzerland to engage with clients, attend events, and support implementations.
  • • Ensure full compliance with local healthcare regulations and ethical standards in all clinical engagements and sales activities.
  • • Leverage clinical credibility and rehabilitation expertise to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for healthcare decision-makers.
