- • As a Clinical Sales Specialist in the Foot and Ankle business unit at Enovis Corporation, you will play an integral role in driving growth across the US by establishing key customer relationships and consulting with surgeons in the operating room on the use of foot and ankle solutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include attending first cases with new or at-risk doctors, assisting with surgeon sawbones or cadaver labs, supporting distributors and representatives with sales calls, staffing trade shows and regional meetings, acting as a field liaison to corporate teams for marketing, R&D, and operations, providing product literature, scheduling and sourcing materials for labs, delivering product feedback, executing technical product sales training, conducting in-field sales activities such as pipelining and prospecting, and supporting downstream strategic sales initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Must have prior orthopedic experience (Foot & Ankle highly preferred)
- • 3+ years’ experience in the operating room (preferred)
- • 5 years of quota-based sales experience (preferred)
- • Prior experience within Foot & Ankle (desired)
- • Experience in healthcare industry or medical sales (desired)
- • Experience working with distributors (desired)
