- • The Clinical Sales Specialist, Dental role at Henry Schein, Inc. is responsible for driving growth of Henry Schein Products lines within assigned HSD Centers by increasing market share and revenue through strategic partnerships and independent sales efforts.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting business reviews with Regional General Managers to identify growth opportunities, providing analytics and targeting support to Field Sales Consultants, delivering clinical knowledge to customers and internal teams, performing product demonstrations in both one-on-one and group settings, developing sales materials and launch programs, and utilizing CRM and reporting tools to track and coordinate sales activities.
- • The role operates within Henry Schein’s field sales organization, collaborating closely with Field Sales Consultants, Regional General Managers, DSO Team Members, and Clinical Sales Management to expand the HSP product portfolio across private practices and dental service organizations in the North Los Angeles territory.
- • The position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in dental biomaterials and endodontic products, build professional credibility in clinical sales, master sales analytics and CRM tools, and contribute directly to company profitability through market share growth in a specialized healthcare distribution environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2 to 5 years of increasing responsibility in sales experience
- • Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline (preferred)
- • Basic understanding of industry practices and general proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
- • Good verbal and written communication skills
- • Basic presentation and public speaking skills
- • Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time
