- • Provide clinical support for CVRx’s proprietary medical technologies by educating physicians, healthcare providers, and clinical staff on proper use, indications, and patient selection criteria for CVRx therapies.
- • Conduct in-person procedure coverage in operating rooms and clinical settings within a defined geographic region to ensure safe and effective implementation of CVRx devices during implantation procedures.
- • Collaborate closely with Territory Managers and sales leaders to align clinical expertise with commercial objectives and support market expansion efforts.
- • Deliver comprehensive training programs to new and existing customers, including hospital staff, nurses, and technicians, on device operation, troubleshooting, and post-implant patient management.
- • Maintain accurate documentation of clinical activities, including procedure summaries, training logs, and customer feedback, in compliance with company protocols and regulatory standards.
- • Serve as a clinical liaison between customers and internal teams including R&D, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs to relay field insights and support product improvement initiatives.
- • Stay current on clinical guidelines, industry trends, and competitive therapies to provide evidence-based guidance to healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
- • Travel extensively within assigned region to support customer sites, attend medical conferences, and participate in educational events and training sessions.
- • Ensure all clinical activities adhere to FDA regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in medical device promotion and support.
- • Respond to clinical inquiries from customers in a timely manner, providing technical and procedural guidance to optimize patient outcomes and device performance.
- • Participate in post-market surveillance activities, including adverse event reporting and follow-up with implanting physicians to monitor long-term patient outcomes.
- • Support clinical studies and investigator-initiated research by assisting with site preparation, protocol alignment, and data collection as needed.
- • Represent CVRx professionally at medical meetings, symposia, and training workshops to enhance brand credibility and clinical adoption of therapies.
- • Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical champions, and hospital administrators to foster trust and drive long-term adoption of CVRx solutions.
- • Work in partnership with the commercial team to identify opportunities for clinical education gaps and develop targeted training materials to address them.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related healthcare field
- • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical device setting
- • Valid RN license or equivalent clinical certification
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% within assigned region
- • Proven ability to train and educate healthcare professionals on complex medical technologies
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in cross-functional teams
