📋 Description

  • The Clinical Success Manager is the clinical peer to the Practice Success Manager, owning clinical health including standards, training, and client outcomes to support ABA providers in running thriving practices.
  • Day to day, the role involves maintaining the clinical policy library, translating regulations into actionable practice, interpreting data to guide decisions, representing Finni to payers on clinical matters, building onboarding curricula for BCBAs and RBTs, driving CEU/PDU completion, running Clinical Office Hours, equipping PSMs with clinical context, defining and launching the Finni Quality Score, conducting annual treatment plan and clinical reviews, co-authoring Practice Improvement Plans, and establishing outcomes metrics focused on client-level results.
  • Finni Health empowers ABA providers by handling operational, financial, and compliance burdens so they can focus on delivering great care, supporting a growing portfolio of ABA practices nationwide with backing from top-tier investors and building a team to define excellent clinical operations at scale.
  • In this role, you will build foundational programs from scratch as the first Clinical Success Manager, shape clinical policy and training initiatives, develop data-driven quality metrics, lead improvement efforts across practices, and grow with the company while making a direct impact on clinical outcomes and provider success.
