• • The Clinical Supervisor at Expressable is a full-time, exempt role responsible for leading and supporting a team of Occupational Therapists through clinical coaching, performance management, and direct patient care, ensuring high-quality service delivery and organizational alignment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one coaching sessions with OTs, managing team performance through KPI tracking, facilitating monthly team meetings, overseeing training and compliance, resolving clinical escalations, conducting candidate interviews, and providing direct clinical evaluations and therapy sessions to maintain a balanced caseload.
• • Expressable is a Joint Commission-certified telehealth company dedicated to expanding access to family-led online occupational therapy, leveraging its proprietary AI assistant, Scout, and secure platform to reduce administrative burden and enhance clinician effectiveness.
• • In this role, the individual will develop leadership and mentorship skills, deepen expertise in telehealth operations and performance improvement, contribute to strategic initiatives, and model clinical excellence while advancing their impact in a growing, mission-driven organization.
