• • The Clinical Supervisor at Expressable Inc. is a full-time, exempt role that serves as a first-line clinical and operational leader for a team of Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), ensuring quality of care, therapist success, and client satisfaction while driving organizational performance through KPI ownership and strategic initiatives.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a team of SLPs through regular one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and career development; ensuring team proficiency with Expressable tools (Cue, Slack, Reach, Guru); overseeing training and compliance completion; resolving clinical escalations; communicating organizational information; hosting monthly team meetings; conducting evaluations and therapy sessions (65% of time); modeling clinical excellence; owning and analyzing team KPIs (efficiency, quality of care, documentation, client satisfaction); implementing data-driven performance interventions; serving as primary contact for change communication; engaging in interdepartmental collaboration; and conducting first-round interviews for SLP candidates.
