- • The Clinical Supply Specialist role is critical to ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of clinical trial supplies, directly supporting the development of life-saving therapies by maintaining supply chain integrity across global studies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and monitoring study supply strategies, optimizing inventory levels to balance continuity and cost, collaborating with project and vendor management teams, maintaining detailed drug inventories, improving supply chain processes for quality and safety, defining and tracking KPIs with DLS Leadership, and identifying and resolving bottlenecks promptly.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in clinical trial supply chain management, gain hands-on experience with IRT/RTSM systems, strengthen analytical and negotiation skills, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance in a high-impact, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Clinical Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a similar relevant field
- • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting
- • 1-2 years of prior experience in supply chain operations
- • Hands-on experience with supply chain functionality in an IRT/RTSM system is a plus
- • Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving abilities with ability to work under pressure
- • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills for internal and external collaboration
